Biography
As a Partner at Flournoy Mclain, P.C., Chad focuses exclusively on trust and estate litigation and administration matters. Throughout his career, Chad has been involved in all facets of trust and estate disputes from all sides, including representing executors, trustees, beneficiaries, guardians, and other involved in trust and estate disputes. Chad is a member of: the American Bar Association, the Real Estate Probate and Trust Law Section (REPTL) of the State Bar of Texas, and the Probate Trust and Estates Section of the Dallas Bar Association. In addition to membership in these originations, Chad has taken an active leadership role in the state and local bar, serving as former Chair of the DBA Probate, Trust, and Estate Section and member of the 2022-20223 REPTL Leadership Class.
Further, Chad is one of the inaugural members of the Dallas Probate Inn of Court. In addition to service to the bar and legal community, Chad has been an author or presenter on several topics at the foreground of fiduciary litigation, including client capacity issues, bank signature card litigation, removal of fiduciaries, and the effect of commercial DNA testing on will, trust, and heirship disputes. In his spare time, Chad enjoys spending time with his family and is currently adjusting to fatherhood with his first daughter, Sutton. Chad enjoys playing golf and is an avid record collector. Chad loves watching and going to sporting events and concerts and roots on the Mavericks and Cowboys (unfortunately) every season.
